Here is another hand I 3-bet from early position, oppo is an aggressive player (64/34/60 on 50 hands)

firstly again i don't like the 3bet OOP, it is hard to play out of position in omaha and you should tighten your 3betting range from the blinds as playing big pots OOP is -ev.

As played it is pretty close, i figure you need about 36% equity to get it in after his raise and you probably have this against a loose stacking off range which his stats would suggest.

calling is better imho because position is so stong in omaha that keeping small pots OOP has a lot of merit but I don't think it's a bad 3bet , It would be better to be double suited but this double paired hands play awesome in 3bet pots.

flop stackoff is standard with the overpair+FD with this stacksizes

maybe I enjoy too much playing double paired hands, but heads up against this kind of player I thought I could have a good advantage, so I preferred to bite his legs :)
Alejandro, you state that flop stackoff is standard: you mean I could do this move just given the flop and the stacks, not judging the opponent?

yes, you could stackoff against unknowns profitably.
