Halo.. I have wrote bad my nickname in POKERSTARS i have passed quiz and everythings were good but i have wrote bad nickname. I wrote aiktukaku but i'm Tadinho69 not aiktukaku . So please help me and send theose 50$ to Tadinho69 . not to aiktukaku. Thank you.

i kinda have the same problem here. i have written the wrong username (i typed potofmana4you in, but pokerstars is limited to 12characters, which forced me to change the name to potofmana)
basically, i entered a wrong username for my 50dollars. i have just sent a ticket to the support team and just hope to have a good response.

You should hear from the support team soon, but allow a few days as they do get extremely busy at times.
