btw: i didn´t see that you weren´t the preflop raiser. on this board i think i would try a check/raise because i think he would contibet most pairs and big aces

1) It's not wa/wb because there are straight and flush draws possible on the flop. You should consider 3-beting here to not let him take a freecard. If he caps and takes a freecard on the turn you have a valuebet at the river (Of course only if no draw made a hand on the river.)
If he bets the turn and river without improving you can even fold. (If he capped the flop only of course.)
With reads that he is a LAG or mianiac you should calldown even if he capped and didn't improved.

2) I like it. I like the donk more because we need some protection again 3 players. A check behind would be horrible.

The chance is higher yes but there is a flushdraw out. It's close between valueplay or protection. The pot is already pretty big so I like to protect my hand. Could be wrong. :/
