ask yourself that:

don't you want your oponents to make this sort of calls.

remember there is a part of luck in poker so you have to take into account variance. Poker is a long term game. when something like that happens reload take a note on the player and go get your money back. just dont tilt so dont change your game because of a lost but adapt your game to that opponent.

you should be happy of bad beats. just keep a good brm and every thing is fine

Just without this, simply because money you lost aren't yours anymore.
Getting money back - this isn't a good long-term decision making attitude.
This way of thinking leads to tilts.
Just make as many good decisions you can.
