limp/call from UTG and check/raise indicated pretty clearly that he had hit his set, but is there some way not to go broke here since he could be holding a flushdraw? (his aggression factor was high, 4.0 over 80hands)
Against unknown I would go broke as well especially because the flush didn't complete on the turn. But I would recommend you to go all-in on the flop already. This way draws have to pay the maximum. If you are running into a set it's just bad luck and part of the game.
