Fold. If you call and lose you cripple your stack, you are not that much ahead of utg's range (well, it of course depends how loose he is) and there are still 5 persons acting after you. There is 5% chance one of them has AA or KK. Anf if they are calling any looser, it gets even worse.
Actually you might be pretty well of against utg's range, as he probably wouldn't push AA, KK here. It is still probably fold.
I think Anssi mentioned the most important things here and i definitely fold here as well.
