I think it wouldn't be an error to go broke on this flop especially on a 3betted pot, but like you said, it's pretty difficult to being called by worst hands, that's why i would prefer to only call on the flop and try to get allin on the turn, pratically, you don't fear any turn.

it is a lot easier to play if you 4-bet against that kind of players with AK and call shove
Flop: not sure how often he'd barrel again once you c/c flop, so I think c/minraise to make him shove or calldown any Ax hand is reasonable there
After hitting tptk you can´t never fold postflop against that kind of players and just have to think how to get all the money in.
