i think i understand the feeling.
in past month i played rush poker, and went unbelievably well. i started from 60$ and in 1month time was ate 400$ playing rush 0.10
i even started to play 0.25 thinking i am so good, and i also did earn even more.
i know that bankroll management is crucial but when u are going so well you think it will be fine.
Then first cooler came, and i fell to 300$ in one day (losing 7-10BI)
Then i thought ok, i should stop playing 0.25 it is out of my league, and continued with 0.10.
But as you also said, coolers were coming back, losing AA 3-4 in a row all-ins.
This started to affect my confidence as you also mentioned, and i wasn't playing my A game, but i thought i will get better.
so in next few days i came to 192$ (lost 4BI, won 2BI, lost 4BI, win 2BI)
Then i decided to stop playing rush poker.
I went to normal ring games. playing just 2 tables, not 4. and i am starting to get better. in the same time i started reading again some articles and realized i have leaks in the game, which i didn't see due too overconfidence.
so in my opinion, you have to as also other guy said, start to learn and improve your game, make notes on players and think more when you play.
review your hands, don't slow play... if you look back to your hand which you attached, you might realized that only reasonable hand your opponent might have is 6 spades, and that you shouldn't have slowplayed.
when you have a monster and somebody reraises you (even min raise) just shove it. don't let them get free cards, and suck you out...
Just to let you know my balance is now 280$ and i am waiting for big rakeback this week, plus 25$ from tke2, and i am back to 350$. this time i learned something from my downswing, improved my game a little, and stopped playing rush poker because you don't have edge in game where you don't know who you are playing against, and everybody just waits for AA, or coldcall for sets etc...play normal poker, and play just 1-2 tables. thats what i am doing.
hope i could help.
