Hi,
In this session I was pretty nit.
There is no special reads on the villain who played 22/17 4.1 3bet.
Please give me your opinions on the hand.
Also what would you do against this unknown if he would have reraised me on the flop ?

Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

seems standard.
I would also prefer 3-betting your hand pf and then stacking off postflop
