How to play this against him? I don't like semi-bluffing against him but also if I don't he is going to take it away?

I think you need to know answers for two questions:
- if he is ever going to fold Kx if you bet or shove river
- he is going to b/f turn with his draws or Kx hand
if you think he is going to b/f turn then I like c/rai with your equity and huge fold equity, if you think he would fold to your river bet then betting there 8 or shoving all-in are also fine hand
But if you think he won´t fold his hand then I like how you played it
