So, I won the 50$ prize and I created an account on Full Tilt and entered the PS150 code. After this I was checking to see the smallest limit and it was 0.40 and 0.30 in sng if i remember right. After that I did not complete any other information in that account.
Q: Can I still get the money on another poker site ?

If you wanted to play SnG's, then Full Tilt is a really good place and the 30cents/40cents games are really grindable with soft opposition and good traffic (start really quickly).
With the $50 starting capital you would be rolled for $1 SnG's, although you could always start on the 30cents and move up when you reach $75+ for a safer BRM.
