I think you have to bet the river yourself. Sure a T might raise you now but he will bet that himself everytime and I see him raising the T pretty often on the turn which reduces the likelyhood of him holding a T.
A better pocketpair is possible but very unlikely as he would have capped preflop or raised the turn with it. I see him holding a busted draw (KQ) or A-high very often which he will call very light against a riverbet as all your possible draws are busted and a J is highly unlikely in your hand.
