Not an omaha reg, so i really had trouble counting my outs, coz they were so many.
Only after the hand did i realise, any 8,9,J,Q,A would have given me a straight, but only A the nut straight.
Should i have just pushed the action to stick it all in on the flop? Or is my line ok? I don't think i had any fold equity even if i pushed, judging my the action so far.
since you don´t have A in your wrap you could be easily at bad shape against smt like AKQJ. But if you want to gable then flop shove is probably fine, just when player min-raise I think he won´t fold to shove and your equity is not likely over 50%, so it think just calling is fine
Since you also hit your flushdraw on the turn then maybe even shove is better, since if he has there similar wrap draw than your hand, then maybe river even your one pair outs is fine and against set/two pair then you have close to 50% equity.
When you learn to count your outs and hand read in Omaha doing so in Holdem will be a breeze.
Just so you know. The A gives you a nutstraight but so does the 9. But 8 does not give you a straight at all just few additional outs for a straight.
So you have 7 outs to the nuts and additional 6 outs for a non nut straight which is not great but I think you might get it in on the flop especially considering that if you hit your not nut straight and he has the nut one you will pay him off anyway..

With his minraise and a player allready all in I don't think there's enough FE (or benefits of BTN folding) to justify going all in over calling the flop.
On turn you pick up great equity enough to get it in but I still prefer to check/call , since he is so comited he will pay us off a huge %of our hits and we can fold Q high on the river when we miss saving 22bbs.
