Another hand vs 64/46/3.4/18.5 VPIP/PFR/AF/3-BET character. I decided to call his raise because he was raising/3-betting all his buttons and I was usually calling him with broadway cards so I figured I can rep stuff on high board and win on low board with this type of hand.
Question: is it better to limp and risk more limp/callers when he raises the button, or raise myself/get the usual 3-bet, call and play the pot HU? I know I'm OOP but it was almost the very next hand after that AQJ9 so I think he picked up a read or two on me so I think I can credibly float him and bluff turn/river because he already saw I'm not folding my marginal holdings
So I float flop which is very nice for me because has that 4 I needed + 9T which enables me to credibly rep OESD.
Turn is perfect, I check and I think I would have to fold if he bets again because, given the flow of the last hand, he knows I'm never folding any piece of this therefore he could only continue with a strong hand.
River standard I think.
Thoughts?
NOTE: I know it is perhaps wiser/simpler to fold it preflop but I moved down to these limits to try out some new monkey moves
