Hi i tryed to contac customer support because i didnt receive mine 50$ about one week.When i send him message i received emailf from him:

We are sorry but we would like to remind you that we are able to assist
you only if you send us a ticket while logged-in to your
PokerStrategy.com account. We are sorry for any inconvenience but
unfortunately we do not provide customer support to our users via e-mail.

I Been logged and send ticket and already receive this message on mine email..

It matters not if you win or lose, it's how you play the game...... as long as you win

Did you use the ticket feature in our Help section to contact Customer Support.
