Free ride from the BB, flopped a middle pair, so check on flop.
The min bet on the turn, wasn't very convincing, so I called.
On the river I suddenly had a made hand :) Since MP3 tried to push us out of the hand with his min bet, I figured he might try it again, so I wanted to check/raise. Unfortunately, it checked all around.

Was my check/raise intention on the river correct?

Personally, I'd have bet out on the river. MP3's attempt was feeble and with 3 callers, he's not likely to try again on the river.

Bet on the River, only a Full House or a better queen should bet you here.
MP3 made a very small Bet on the Turn, that could mean anything or nothing, and he is IP on the River, so you can not risk that he takes himself a free showdown.

Ok, bet on the river...
Next question: how much? Half the pot? 2/3? ...?
