If he is a reg/nit I am folding here. There is somewhat a lot of draws we can find on that board that could be played like that, but than the villain would have to be very agressive. You can`t forget that there is still one player behind you.
I am folding here but I would bet bigger on flop(like 1$) because of the fd.
