Here is best hand of the day. On the bubble, should i make that call? About opps, both were solid. HEM shows that this move was +EV, but should it's really ok, or better to fold?

Well it's really rare that you would all have the same hand. You have like 80 BB so i see no reason to get all your chips in when 2 people are all in.
It's better to just fold it imo, usualy one of them will bust or be very shortstacked after the hand.

These sng seem extremely fishy if i look at this hand, with 3 people already busted and only 25/50 blinds..

They really are. they are non-turbo, so blinds get up in 10 minutes. And fishes doesnt have patience to play so long.

if both opponents are solid AQs is crushed by the BB very often.

and you are 60BB deep vs the BB!!!!! just fold you arent far enough ahead

If we were on the bubble I'd be calling QQ+. These 6 person sngs are double or nothing, right? So they give the same payout to top 3? If so we don't care if we have the biggest stack when the bubble bursts, we just need to survive this long. That's a pretty sick result though
