Hello. Could I do anything better in this hand ?

Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

Play hand

MP3 folds, CO raises to $0.35, BU folds, Hero calls $0.30, BB calls $0.25.

Flop: ($1.05) A:s, 7:d, J:s (3 players)
Hero bets $0.60, BB folds, CO calls $0.60.

Turn: ($2.25) Q:h (2 players)
Hero bets $1.50, CO raises to $3.00, Hero calls $1.50.

River: ($8.25) 4:c (2 players)
Hero checks, CO bets $2.95, Hero calls $2.95.

Final Pot: $14.15.

You can 3bet preflop. You are most often ahead against his range from CO.

I don't like donking here. It's better to play c/r with top two.

Make it around 80-90 on the flop if you are going to donk. Other streets are ok by me.

Sounds good. Depending on the player I could see myself taking alternate bet/shove turn (players capable of going broke there with QJ/combodraws and/or somewhat likely to have raised the flop with sets/big Ax) or bet/call turn donk river lines (players not very likely to have draws on the turn or that will player QJ very cautiously by folding to a turn shove and checking the river back). But without reads it's fine to play it like you did to ensure you see a showdown.
