I am 3 bet this hand for sure. I am always looking at stats how many % he want to steal and also how often he folds vs 3 bet. You are ahead of his range

I also like 3betting pre, he seems to be very loose, probably even more from CO.

As played I'd probably lead TPTK on this board, cause I think we'll call down with many worse hands/draws that might not bet there.

No, a re-raise by Hero is definitely a 4bet. He raised the SB, and the BB 3bet him.

I fold this pre-flop btw. A3o is garbage and I don't wanna play it oop against a loose player.

Not really sure. if he is really fishy then I think you can call overbet shove
you have gutshot and 3 outs for two pair if you´re behind
