I think you have to 3 bet PF both players are weak and you will often be called with very worse hand.

Flop is OK u cannot fold there since he will often do that moves with AT, KT, QT etc.

So PF: 3bet
Flop. Call of course

I agree with Alan. I'd 3bet/push pre flop even if they were full stacked. They are midstacked, so you all the more reason for a squeeze and get it in. they'll probably make pretty bad calls.

As played, you gotta go broke on this flop imo.

if you want to slowplay, it is fine, t´but these players would call you anyway with worse hands preflop and stack off postlfop, so i think you can also 3-bet oop
postflop is fine
