Villian is 44/31 over 200 hands. He seems really aggro with F/T/R AF of 3/3/10. I'm not sure if I should raise and get it in with all the various combo draws or hopefully bottom set?

I would easily fold this garbage preflop and I don't consider myself a nit.

I'd raise flop with all those draws on board and stick it in - i think he would have spades/top two/TQJ more often than AA.

I think raising/getting it in is better, we don't want to keep the pot multiway and if he is really that aggro we are ahead of his shoving range anyway.

I find 3-betting that hand is usually better playing ip
People are just calling a lot 3-bets oop, if he wants 4-bet I think you can consider playing for stacks. If you have over 200 hands then I think you can figure out if he is also 4-bet there high rundowns or not.
I´d likely just raise flop and get all-in.
These kind of player would never fold there AK and there are a lot of turn and river cards where he is going to barrel and you might fold best hand
