I think b/f 9$ is reasonable
Other option would be likely c/f, since I don think he bet himself enough times with bluffs or two pair hands that you can call him down


If we expect villain to play 2pair/sets/pair+OESD aggressively on the flop, then I guess it's a ch/f on the R. If we knew he would play some of these hands passively, then I think a block bet of about $5 would work.
