Hand 1.)
According to the PS.cc Equilator you only have an Equity of around 20% if we give both players a tight reraising Range (AK, JJ+)
Even if I give MP3 a very loose Pushingrange, because he is squeezing even with 88+ you only have an Equity of 24%.

But to call you need at least 34% Equity (when UTG+2 calls as well), otherwise against MP3 HU you need 40% Equity. You have neither.

So its a fold.

I would call here as well. Only a 7 or any AT+ beats you here.

i didnt see that my kicker isnt rreally important... i thought: with my 5 kicker i dont want to run in a better Ace...
(perhaps i should read the article "Poker hand rankings" in the beginner section again ;))
