As the flop showed a community set, the decision is about the equity of your hand against a random one . Is this right?

Hand 1 check behind on the turn and fold all-in push . There aren´t many hands that you could beat with you full house.

Hand 2 Check/fold turn, you probably have 1 out for quads and he would win your hand with 55+

I have made some simulations on Equilator and I really played like a donkey.
Both cases I got carried away with the Full House but my hands were almost worthless :(.

Hi Gungunhana!

As Kaitz20 already mentioned:

Hand 1) check/behind turn and fold to all-in

Hand 2) check/fold turn because every higher pocket pair and any ace beat you here.

Good luck at the tables!
