I have a hard time believing he slowplayed with what he did, I think he might have turned the flush or spiked a pair but most likely has air.
Also I'm not sure about betting the turn OOP in an unraised pot with the weakest pair.

Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

Play hand

$0.1/$0.25 No-Limit Hold'em (6 handed)

Known players:
[tg]BU$14.67:///////;SB$32.94:///////;BB (Hero)$25.00:///////;MP2$28.38:///////;MP3$25.00:///////;CO$24.65:///////;[/tg]

Preflop: Hero is BB with 5:d, 2:s.
3 folds, BU calls $0.25, SB folds, Hero checks.

Flop: ($0.6) 6:h, Q:h, 6:s (2 players)
Hero checks, BU checks.

Turn: ($0.6) 2:h (2 players)
Hero bets $0.50, BU calls $0.50.

River: ($1.6) 9:c (2 players)
Hero checks, BU bets $9.84, Hero folds, BU gets uncalled bet back.

Final Pot: $1.6.

You are only beating Ace high.

IMHO this is c/f all the way

I agree with mineriva about ch/f all the way. I don't think we get anything by betting the turn, he always calls better hands and the few hands we might have beat will have tons of equity against us and we'll have to give up almost any river.

I think bet on the turn is ok
river valuebet is thin, I think you can c/f, sometimes c/c reasonable bet or even sometimes b/f
But you can´t call overbet
