Don't think I played this well at all. Should I have folded on turn or the river? And maybe a slightly bigger flop bet?

Hi,

Definitely bet bigger on the flop, lots of worse hands he'll call preflop with that can call you for two to three streets of value.

From the turn onward it's somewhat tough to fold with only 22 hands on the guy even if so far he looks quite passive. He could still randomly be doing that with a worse top pair if his stats are somewhat deceiving and you get great odds to call down. If you read that he's passive goes further than just the earlier 22 hands sample you might be able to find a fold on the river.
