Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

Play hand

$0.05/$0.1 No-Limit Hold'em (6 handed)

Known players:
[tg]SB$25.41:///////;BB$10.32:///////;MP2$10.00:///////;MP3$10.00:///////;CO (Hero)$11.82:///////;BU$19.72:///////;[/tg]

Preflop: Hero is CO with A:s, A:d.
2 folds, Hero raises to $0.40, BU calls $0.40, SB folds, BB calls $0.30.

Flop: ($1.25) 7:h, T:d, 4:h (3 players)
BB bets $0.89, Hero raises to $3.86, BU folds, BB raises to $9.92, Hero calls $6.06.

BB is 23/10/2

Is this play correct on such a wet board?
Or should I play raise/fold here?

I can't fold this in a sh game

if you want to get it all-in raise flop and call shove is fine
You can also play just calling flop and evaluating turn and river
