I guess your line is fine. He is too tight to give you value with worse than QQ pre and he probably simply enough that he's not betting turn with JJ or AK.

Agreed you shouldn't 4-bet preflop against those nits, it's just pointless.

As far as postflop is concerned, villain's range is so tight that usually you're better off with check/call flop check/fold turn, because you don't even know if that guy would 3-bet with stuff like TT-JJ to begin with, while you're damn sure he'll indeed play 3bet/bet/jam with KK+, so even with the dead money you're not really forced to call off the turn.
