Hi,

Agreed for the 30%.

If villain is as passive as he looks to be so far this is probably a fold, but given the small sample and the fact that some random fish might decide to shove stuff like 9x for no particular reasons sometimes, I don't think it'd be horrible to call it off if you had any kind of weird feeling about his shove (timing and stuff).
