Hi!

Villain is 17/13/5.8 wts 38%

I just h8 these c/c lines on such dry flops but at the time I really wasnt sure what is the best choice for opponent of his agressivnes.
His check minraise on flop could mean number of things. Set, overpair maybe even only overcards. I call with intention of reevaluating turn and I get good odds too.
Now turn brings one of three cards I love to see the most and his really small bet now is just a sign of weakness imo, some weak attempt to keep the pot small.
River is ugly I checked with intention of folding if he would raise big (and I would probably call some weakish small bet again).

I think calldown there is reasonable.
He is bluffing there sometimes, often raising with worse hand, like Tx.
You can also c/r turn, but hard to get called by worse hands and board is not drawy that you need to protect your hand
