Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

Play hand

$0.1/$0.25 No-Limit Hold'em (5 handed)

Known players:
[tg]CO$28.39:///////;BU$24.74:///////;SB (Hero)$34.87:///////;BB$34.12:///////;MP3$25.00:///////;[/tg]

Preflop: Hero is SB with A:s, K:d.
3 folds, Hero raises to $0.90, BB calls $0.65.

Flop: ($1.8) 2:s, 8:s, K:c (2 players)
Hero checks, BB bets $1.20, Hero calls $1.20.

Turn: ($4.2) Q:h (2 players)
Hero bets $2.50, BB calls $2.50.

River: ($9.2) 3:h (2 players)
Hero checks, BB checks.

Final Pot: $9.2.

More or less standard villain. Is check/call here is ok, or should I be afraid of the flush ? As played, value bet river ?

Results follow:
BB shows a pair of kings(J:c K:s).
Hero shows a pair of kings(A:s K:d).

Hero wins with a pair of kings(A:s K:d).

I would start out betting this way you can be sure you get 3 streets of value worse Kx hand
as played: easy valuebet on the river, since he only called your bet on the turn i think he is not going to fold to river bet and you´re ahead most of the times
