Q. Should i raise the river? Only hands I see in his range that I beat are aq/ak/bluffs all of which are very likely to fold seeing as f/d came in.

Hi,

I like your line, I think you'll find enough people not able to bet/fold AQ/AK in that spot, even 8/5 players often play so few hands that they have a hard time letting go of them postflop when they hit sometimes. You didn't make it so big that it's a clear fold for top pairs, so it's okay.
