Ok so if he is 4-bettting i give him KK or AK sometimes QQ and some bluffs too. I don't give him JJ/TT since he plays 16/14. i decided to just call and get it in on flop coz he might fold his AK or QQ pre aswell. Ofcourse getting it in should be easier and better.
On flop i am infront to given range only to QQ, AK and KK(unlekley) got me crushed. On turn he makes in my opinion sucker value bet with AK.
What do you think of his range and hand? Should i fold there?

His 4 bet range depends a lot of your style to. Since he is decent player i think that your play determinate his 4bet range easily. So if you were pretty active with 3bets before maybe his range is wider than you wrote. If your 3bet is 3% than he has AA AK or KK.

But in hand like that i like your play. I think he could easyly have JJ AQ QQ and he tries to put you out of the pot cheaply. I think that we cannot just fold that.

Nice hand

my 3-bet in avarage of 4.5

once he puts in more than 30% of his stack he is not going to fold your shove, so I´d like shove more often than just flat his 4-bet
Problem flatting is that he can get away AK on low board and QQ on AKx boards
