It s a fold IMO. Even It s short handed. I don t like a call as you rwon t be in position for th rest of the hand.
And with no read it s hard to go crazy and 4bet, I wuldn t do it.

depends if player is capable making 4-bet bluff there or if he is ever 4-betting there TT/JJ
If you don´t have any history and it is first 4-bet then fold is better. If you think he can be making move there, I´d prefer shove
