Sorry. Here is your answer

Hand 1) Hero checks because only better hands call or raise you here. If he bets you call for your full house outs.

Hand 2) I would just call a preflopraise from UTG. Also on the flop I would make a smaller continuation bet. In this case you have committed yourself to the pot. Bet again to protect your hand against draws and even go broke here. If he has a higher pair: so be it. But often enough I've seen AK or AQ on these limits which didn't want to fold and hope to catch their card. You definitely cannot fold here on the turn.
