Is this good spot to abuse the bubble? BU is a fish, BB is ok.
looks like a horrible spot to abuse.
BU is the short stack, he is willing to play the hand (he has put chips in).
he has 5bb behind and is the clear SS. he will snap you off so light here just because he wants to double.
the BU has no reason to feel like he should fold a 'good' hand here (ie. what he perceives to be a good hand which could be anything).

You want to be abusing the mid stacks, not the small stack. E.g if CO raises, you can consider shoving over him wider, that would be a decent spot to bubble abuse.
Not much too add. You could possibly shove if he really limp/folds a ton and you are aware of that. But then you could shove cuz he folds so often anyway, not because of bubble dynamics.
