1) So before the flop I made 4-bet, and got 1 call, although flop was unsafe I made c-bet cause I got 1 opponent. On the turn I decided to check, really don't wanted bet cause of the flop. River was pretty safe, but I didn't bet (thought he might had hit straight).

2) should I bet also on the turn and river? Or I played this hand good enough in this situation?

You must bet on the river! I don't see the villain having a flopped straight - therefore I'd bet around ~450 - 600$ on river...

Preflop isn't a 4bet, its a 4xbb raise. You should make it 5x here with 2 limpers, so 150.
Flop is fine.
Calling the turn with a gutshot and 2nd pair top kicker is OK i think

With 1105 in the pot and 970 in your stack, you should just open-shove the river when you hit trips imo. Maybe raise/all-in on the river could get you more value.. i'm not sure.

This.

i actually like c/c on this flop. we dont want to get raised off our 2nd pair top kicker and gutshot, and a lot of turn cards will actually improve our hand rather than hurt us so we dont mind letting on peel off if he checks back. Its also hard to get value from worse hands on the flop.

as played the turn c/c is ok because its so small, but i would give up against a lot of bigger bets.

i also lead out on the river about 1/2 pot for value
