Full Tilt No-Limit Hold'em, 1.2 Tournament, 25/50 Blinds (8 handed) - Full-Tilt Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

BB (t2335)
UTG (t1305)
Hero (UTG+1) (t2355)
MP1 (t1170)
MP2 (t910)
CO (t1675)
Button (t2225)
SB (t1525)

Preflop: Hero is UTG+1 with A, A
1 fold, Hero bets t100, 5 folds, BB calls t50

Flop: (t225) 5, J, Q (2 players)
BB bets t50, Hero raises to t150, BB calls t100

Turn: (t525) 9 (2 players)
BB bets t100, Hero calls t100

River: (t725) 7 (2 players)
BB bets t400, Hero calls t400

Total pot: t1525

1) So from UTG+1 made min-raise with my pocket AA, and got 1 call from BB. Flop was pretty safe, so I 3-bet him up to 150. Turn was now not so safe so I just called his 100 bet. River was also tricky in my opinoin, so I just called.

2) Should I bet more before the flop? Should I be more aggressive after the flop and make bigger bets?

I don't like the bet size pre-flop - rather go with at least 150$. (The theory behind this is, that ppl who would call 2x will also call 3x and on the other handy you have idiots refrain from playing 57s and eventually crushing you American Airline)...
The raise on flop is good IMHO - but go bigger.
You could have raised or shoved AI on turn - I would doubt that a guy in BB would call your min bet he'd rather raise if he had "good" cards (at least what he would consider good)...

Preflop I would definetely bet more, like 3x BB in this blind level. 3-bet on flop is fine. But on turn I would 3-bet again and on river reraise him all in. Imo AA is nuts on this flop and considering BB only completed preflop, most time he could have someting like AJ, AQ, KQ maybe even KJ...

Definitely 150 pre.
Raise 200 on flop imo, reraise All-in on the turn (9♦ really isn't that unsafe for us at all).

just like everyone else has already said, we need to raise more pre and on the flop and raise the turn.

pre - raise to 150
flop - raise 250 at least!
turn - we need to protect our hand against all the draws he could have, so we must raise turn and try get the money in now against draws.

i think the river call is fine but the mistakes were made on the other streets.
