Hero?

BB seemed to be a be a passive and tight. his stats were 20/12/1.25 wts 40 over 152 hands
The maniac is 75/63/5 wts 32 3bet pf 44% fold to 3bet pf 30%
the cold call from BB came by a surprise, I'm pretty lost on this flop

This is a difficult one indeed. My feeling is that agaist the aggressive maniac in pos, we're just never getting to showdown here if we don't bet the flop.

Against the passive BB, we may expect him to play more straigtforwardly. We could definitely expect him to have called pre with 99, TT, JJ perhaps even KK and then some good Ax hands since CO vs SB might have weaker hands in their steal/resteal ranges. So I don't expect him to continue here vs 2 without TT or strong Ax, basically.

I don't fear BB repping the Ace if we check the flop, but CO is definitely capable of it, given his stats. So my preference is to bet out here - $32 - with the intent of giving up if BB calls but reviewing on the turn if we're only up against CO.

If we're only up against CO on the turn, we might even consider bluff catching since his range is still pretty wide once BB comes along for the ride (not sure about this and it's more difficult as we're 120bb deep).

vs 2 here i just ch-fold.
1) one of them have Ax too much of times, and even if not, we actually beat only JJ of mid-strong calling range.
2)pot is too big, if we bet just 30? we are kinda commited, cos maniac can move here sometimes.

I'd definitely not bet the flop.

@Tim
I can't say this too often about your posts, but here your logic is a bit off :
you say if you check to CO he will probably bluff and therefore you bet.
So you not only get money in the pot against better hands 100% of the time (he's never folding better) but you also prevent him from bluffing.
I guess you see the point ;)

Having said that, imo we can definitely c/f here. As VzLOM said against their combined ranges we're running against at least one Ax a decent amount of the time - I'm especially afraid of BB, a typical coldcallingrange in this spot looks like {TT-KK, AQ+} therefore we can't expect him to fold too often.

If you have a read that BB would bet made hands most of the time I think you can definitely c/c against CO if BB checks it to him.
But you should be prepared to call it off if he shoves it on the turn.
Again: c/folding the flop is also fine if you're not sure whether he continues on the turn.
The only line I wouldn't take is c/c flop (against CO) with the plan of c/folding the turn.
