I would bet the flop. You're likely to be ahead but your hand is very vulnerable. They both have at least 6 outs against you. As played, it's really tough on the river. You only get 1:8 and as they both called on the turn a straight is very likely. I think I would still call, but I'm not sure.

i tend to fold because he is raising against two players and i can´t see him bluffing very often. he might be an idiot though
i think it´s close and i tend to fold but if you think that there is any reasonable chance that this player is capable of bluffing or raising a worse hand (like two pair -.-) you should call.
