Call seems fine. Q is a good card from him to barrel. He may fold Jx to a raise but might still bet the river if it's a blank. Like you said you are very deep and as you have a good hand you don't want to shove it and only get called when you are only a ~25% percent favorite.

Also I think AQs is good for a 3bet against raising CO range.

I like calling flop just because we are so deep and r/f would suck with our FD, but shoving would mean that I doubt we'll see hands against which we are not doing really good (JJ-AA). Potting turn doesn't look like a sign of weakness from him, but now you are ahead of Jx hands, so it should be fine calling it down as we still have our FD.

You´re too deep that you should consider playing there for stacks
he is sometimes bluffing there, but very often he has there aces
On the river you can decide if you want to call down ui or fold your hand

I did call turn and folded to a river shove on a blank


I think I´d also fold
You don´t see too many people who would raise pot and then pot/pot/shove postflop with pure air
