1) Can I push with that kind of cards since I have just 4,4 BB and remaining 2 players in blinds after me has less than me?

QTo is ok for shoving here, i'm not 100% but i think you can pretty much be shoving any face cards its folded to you if not ATC..QTo isn't a bad hand to take on the blinds

standard shove with your stack , only thing is blinds are very short themselfs & just about pot commited

nice spot to push
because of low stacked BB I should whould push hands with Highcard value. so any A,K and Q , good J and T ... SC, PP
if sb and bb have bigger stacks ... i prefer to push any2
