with 88 your really not stealing the blinds, given that it's a legitimate hand.. I'm always gonna shove 88 here, even though the limp did come from UTG (which can sometimes be a monster hand, trying to induce a raise in later position) your stack sizes are close, so chances are he will have to have limped with a good hand to make the call once you shove..

with only 10bb is shortish stack so 88 = shove in that position & hope to take down pot & if you get called chances are it a coinflip anyway

utg is somethimes a monster, but most times just a weak hand
so I shove most hands, I also openshove from CO
and CO I push much looser then 88
-> easy push with 88
