First of all I do not like your 3bet preflop as you are commiting a lot of chips and you will be OOP after the flop and your hand is weak and you will have an awkward stack size on the flop. On the flop you should Cbet but due to the 3bet you have a very bad stack size. You have a little more than the pot which makes every action you can take difficult. If you Cbet about 400 it is obvious you are commited. By making the check raise you are commiting yourself so he will not call you too often.
So depending on the reads I have on the CO I would prob fold or maybe flat pre although I do not like to flat OOP. You are not under any pressure to make any moves so I would prob just fold pre here.

preflop u should fold it ... if he is loose u also can call it (but the stacks are a bit to small to call pre)
overall I think u overplayed ur hand ...
but u also cant fold it on flop, becuase of odds and stacks
