I would prob raise pre to about 120. Then I would Cbet about 2/3 pot and if called I would prob check behind the turn for pot control and call a river bet or bet it myself if checked to me.
As played I like your raise on the flop but after you get called I think you should just check behind the turn and call river. When he check min raises you on the turn he is representing a very strong hand or total air so you should not raise. I think calling is ok. When he bets the river that small it looks like he is trying to get a call and I think you will be behind most of the times. I can't see many hands that you beat that would bet the river so you should prob fold.

u cant call preflop and then play aggro on flop
raise per and broke on this flop (its just a 1$ mtt and villians call anyA and some more)
