Does it ever change the EV of a hand how often you run the board??? 
It's just done to reduce variance right???
and are there some do's and don'ts when it comes to running it multiple time... I see dudes in the card rooms wanting to see the other players hand before deciding... Does it matter at all??
so far I've just said "Whatever you want" to guys asking me to run multiple times.. I'm wondering if this is actually costing me money ♦ 
Do they put the cards that were dealt on earlier "runs" back in the deck? If no it could make some difference right?

afaik this is only in live play. most online poker rooms treat hands that are run multiple times as part of the same hand.

The rake cap is increased on FTP for run-it-twice hands. I've never heard of that happening in a live game.

I have never known it to increase the rake. In my local casino they rake the total pot at what it is before making the pots for each run.
I've also seen in flip situations where 2 guys are all-in, they rake the total pot, then players can agree to take back a share of their investment in the pot. Pot is raked at maximum value, but then the actual pot they play for is however much the players agree to run it for.
