Because you created it before you registered at PokerStrategy.com.
Therefor it's not connected to PS and that ship is sailed, sorry

maybe only the account you register through pokerstrategy is the one connected to your pokerstrategy points but im only speculating ( i like to speculate)

Unfortunately, you need to create an account through pokerstrategy to be tracked to it. Accounts that were not created through pokerstrategy can unfortunately not be retracked, but you can always use our starting capital or sign up to some other poker sites through pokerstrategy and use one of our great First deposit bonuses!

Accounts that were not created through pokerstrategy can unfortunately not be retracked, but you can always use our starting capital or sign up to some other poker sites through pokerstrategy and use one of our great First deposit bonuses!

I have a related question, let´s see if any moderator can help me out.

I have been playing on Full Tilt, the room where I got my starting capital. To participate in the upcoming freeroll, I´ve just opened an account on William Hill through pokerstrategy. How long will it take to start adding my strategy points from William Hill?

I think the points updates daily, if the poker platform do their work and report as they should

This is pretty much the answer. It depends from platform to platform though, some are better organized than others... At some platforms, the points will update the next day, at the others, it might take a few days.

I have been playing on william hill for the last few days, my strategy points seem to update at more or less the same time each day on here, around midday ish GMT.

Maybe I didn´t explain myselfp properly. I also get SP everyday from full tilt but the question is how long will it take for my William Hill´s acount to be tracked? Opened it yesterday, grinded a little bit to get some of the bonus but on my pokerstrategy homepage, I can not see my WH account being tracked.

Why I dont get SP?i playing at full tilt platform for almost two weeks , yesterday I got my first rake back but i dont get SP i have 0... (i have 500~ FTP)
