Bet $6 on the flop, you're losing value and you're offering great odds by betting so small.

On the turn it's close, imo a check is ok to let him catch up and maybe induce bluffbets on the river.
After all there's not much he could call a bet with.

On the river I'd raise bigger. Imo if he has a flush he's never folding and we don't induce a bluff3bet by raising to $30, so we can as well raise to $39.

Bet more flop ofc.

On turn I am usually betting 1/2 - 2/3 of the pot. He may think you are on the FD or you are representing ace. I think you would be 2nd barelling here quite frequently as well so it is good to bet for balance.

If he has a middle pair he is most likely going to c/c river, so you will not extract much value from your monster by checking turn against middle pairs. You miss much more if he is on FD or some Ax.

If the pot is 17 on turn, I would bet 11 turn. You are offering nice odds to FDs so they will call.

- Basically you miss much more than you can get by checking turn. It is not bad line to check behind turn against aggro-opponents, as you will induce on river frequently. But they are folding on river against your raise most of the time (and if they are not folding to your raise on river, they would have called on turn, so you missed value )

Theoretically you're right, but I feel nowadays a lot of regs realized that it's -EV to c/c a second time with a FD on the turn.
They need 4:1 odds, even if you only bet $11 they only get ~2.5:1, and they have almost no implied odds because you're checking back the river a lot.
If they lead out on the river once they hit, it will be pretty obvious that they have a flush (it's impossible to balance in this spot because you can't c/c with air OOP on flop+turn) so they have to fold the turn.
