ok, I had this hand today and I got a free flop where I hit top pair and a straight draw. Well, I played it pretty aggressive as can be obviously seen and got a quite good result out of it.

The other guy played pretty loose before so I guessed I might have the better hand, I put him on a flush-draw, he would've raised a pp preflop. In the end, I did guess correctly (limped with 45o), but I'm still wondering wether this was too aggressive for SSS.

cheers
Marcel

After he called your raise on the flop and donked small on the Turn again and move All-in after he raised you on the River (where you hit your straight).

I disagree. According to strategy articles, your hand qualifies as a trash hand. Although you have top pair, your kicker is weak.

So you should fold to an opponents bet or raise.
